This site is the planning and scheduling app for the band. It is used by the band's management, its musicians and the clients who book the band. This policy explains what information the app keeps and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Clients: names, email addresses, phone numbers, event details, contract details and signatures, and the answers you give in the planning portal (such as your timeline, special dances and song requests).
- Musicians: names, email addresses, phone numbers, instruments, photos, availability and dates you cannot play, and signed agreements.
- Sign-in and security: sign-in links, the time and IP address of signatures, and basic records needed to keep the app secure.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the band's bookings and gigs: to prepare contracts and plans, schedule musicians, share day-of details with the musicians on a gig, and send the emails those tasks require. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Google account data
If the band's management connects a Google account, the app asks Google for permission to:
- Google Calendar: read the band's chosen calendar to find booked gigs and dates musicians have marked as out, and add signed gigs to that calendar.
- Gmail (send only): send the app's emails, such as gig details, contracts and sign-in links, from the band's own Gmail address. The app cannot read, search or delete any email.
- Basic profile: the email address of the connected account, to show which account is connected.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide these features, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is never shared with anyone except as needed to provide these features or as required by law. People do not read this data except with the band's permission, for security, or as required by law. The connection is stored encrypted and can be removed at any time with Disconnect in the app's settings or from your Google account's security page.
QuickBooks invoices
If the band's management connects QuickBooks Online, the app gets bookkeeping access only. To create and email invoices, it shares the client's name, email address and the invoice amounts, dates and event description with QuickBooks. The app keeps only invoice numbers, amounts, dates and payment status. The app never sees, handles or stores card numbers, bank account numbers or routing numbers, and it cannot move money. When the band offers online payment, clients pay on Intuit's own invoice page, under Intuit's privacy policy. The connection is stored encrypted and can be removed at any time with Disconnect in the app's settings.
Where information is stored
Information is stored with the app's hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase) and, for connected features, with Google and QuickBooks (Intuit). These providers process data on the band's behalf. Access to management features requires a private passcode.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the band's bookings, records and legal obligations, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the band. Some records, such as signed contracts, may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
